Beckie was Born March 31, 1967.  She lives in  Florida. She is married to Paul. She has 3 boys Kevin 22, Douglas 20 and Nicholas 19 and a step daughter Valerie 24. She also has a four legged daughter named Ginger who is a chow mix. Ginger misses her when she is away in the hospital getting treatments and bone marrow transplants and Beckie misses her. Her son Kevin said his Mom is the most head strong determined free spirited women he has ever known and he and his brothers love her very much.
 
When the doctors told Beckie she had 6 months to a year she replied that  God did not stamp an expiration date on her foot and she is not ready to see Mom and Dad though she misses them a lot.
 
Beckie has always been a caring person putting others above herself. If she was down to her last dollar, her last wish, her last prayer, her last crust of bread and you needed it, it would be yours.

 

Beckie is determined to fight this for the second time. She has had this for 3 years now. When she had her bone marrow transplant last year she received her own stem cells. She went into remission last May. She found out just before Christmas that it was back.
