I'm honored to have Betty as my Aunt! 

She is truly an example of a virtuous woman in words and deeds.  When we found out she had cancer less than a year ago, she was busy encouraging her friends and family. After her initial surgery, she had complications and was in the hospital for around 3 months.  I stayed with her a few times.  She was so weak and sick, yet I would look over and see her exercising her arms and legs. 

Recently, she was told that they will have to start a new type of chemo in October to keep her cancer at bay.  I called her and she was quick to tell me how wonderful she feels and to share her faith and love for the Lord.  I never feel depressed after I talk to her.  I hang up the phone and feel encouraged and uplifted.  As I tell everyone, I want to be just like her when I grow up!
