Brittany's Story

 

 

I am 21 years old and have a zest for life. I love being able to get cards in the mail and it keeps me in smiles.

I have cerebral palsy which I was born with and diagnosed at age 6 months. I have two brothers who are both out of the home so I get lonely and I love cards in the mail.

 I have been using a vest airway clearance system to keep my lungs clear. I also have a nurse who comes into help me.

I love my mom to read cards to me and to bring my mail home to me as it makes my day.

My favorite things are listening to music, watching movies, dressing up, doing crafts, and looking at magazines.

I love hot pink and purple and I enjoy burning candles. I also love doing things with my hands. I enjoy putting cards and letters in my scrapbooks so I can keep forever.
