Katie's Story

We are sorry to hear that Katie lost her battle with cancer on November 7, 2011. Our thoughts and prayers are with her children and husband as they cope with the loss of their mom and wife :(

Hello everyone.  My name is Katie and I'm a married mother of 3 boys (11 and twin 5 year olds).  Up until my recent diagnosis of cancer, I was very much like most of you.  I stayed at home and was an avid crafter.  Although my family's life as well as my own has been drastically altered due to this new situation, we continue to live life to the fullest and to the best of our ability.  I have already received a huge outpouring of love and support from my crafting/stamping community and I'm grateful for that every single day.  I want to thank all you of you for your continued support and especially this wonderful organization for creating such an avenue to give and receive. 

Comments: Honestly, I love just about everything :)  I stamp, scrapbook (although I'm very behind), I occasionally knit, sew, bake. Love to read.
