Please read the following guidelines before submitting a Feature:

1. We only accept ShareaCard Features who have not been on other similar websites.

2. Children must be at least 5 years old and have the ability to comprehend the intent behind the cards they will receive as a result of being a feature on ShareaCard. Please do not request cards for babies.

3. At the current time, we are only accepting features in the U.S.

4. All submissions are processed as quickly as possible. General response time is 3-5 days.

	FORM 1	I would like to be featured on ShareaCard
	FORM 2	I know of someone who would like to be featured on ShareaCard
	FORM 3	I have an update on a previous ShareaCard feature
	FORM 4	I was previously featured and have comments to share with the ShareaCard participants
	FORM 5	Inactive Previous Features can change their status to active
